Thank you!

Today I made a thank you bag for your inspiration. Isn´t this cat a cutie????!!!!! what a gorgeous image! this is Thank you Kitty that I colored with colored pencils as usual and blended them with gamsol. It´s a lunch paper bag and I love to dress them up! On this one I added a few details: after coloring the image I applied glitter nail polish to the flowers the kitty is holding, it gives a nice sparkle and very subtle effect, the ribbon I used is metallic in silver color to add a bit of glamour and I embellished it with a safety pin (that I threaded hot pink glass seed beads). I finished the closing of the bag with a flower that I glittered and added a pink brad. The rest are scraps of paper and you end up with a very nice looking bag.
Here (in Spain) we don´t celebrate thanksgiving, but anyway I wanted to give you all thanks for your support and nice comments on my creations, they meant a lot to me! Also, very sadly, I have to announce you I´m stepping down from my DT assignment at 2 Cute, it´s been a wonderful time for me and a great opportunity to meet wonderful people and work with gorgeous images. Thank you all again and I´ll see you all around blogland!
Enjoy your Friday!

Another Week Has Begun...

Good morning everyone,
Monday is here again, and that means another creation by yours truly, Jodie. The ThankYou Kitty digi stamp was just what I needed to create this adorable card!

This little guy was colored in with my Copic markers, then I colored in the flowers a second time and pop dotted them up for added dimension. The flowers are from Prima and I used Dew Drops for the center.
I punched out the butterly and added crystals for the body to give it extra bling, because let's face it, we all could use a little more bling in our lives!
Thanks for looking and don't forget to check back tomorrow when Wendy will show off her fabulous creation!

Thank You Kitty...

Good Morning, Emma here...
Wow its Friday again....where do these weeks disappear to??!! It's a long bank holiday weekend here in the UK and I sure hope the sun is going to shine.
I have used ''Thank You Kitty'' today for my card together with lovely rich colours. I added a get well sentiment as I am sure kitty would brighten any one's day...

Happy Saturday with Thank You Kitty...

Hello fans of 2 Cute Rubber Stamps! This is your newbie DT member, Gwen. I'm really excited to do my very first post here at 2 Cute Rubber Stamps. Let me tell you that being asked to serve on this team was a great honor for me. I just adore the super sweet and adorable images that Heidi creates. Choosing just one image to work with was sooooooooooo very difficult. After much deliberating I decided to use Thank You Kitty. It is a sweet little image that is sure to make any little girl smile.
(No matter how little or big she is.)

My little project was made for a very special little girl in my life...my four year old daughter and fellow crafter, Bekah. She has been very, very ill the past few days and I felt she needed a little pick-me-up. So, I put together this little get well card for her.

I hope you enjoy it...I hope SHE enjoys it too. With a cute little image like this one...I don't know how she couldn't.

The image is colored with Copic Markers and has a few highlights with an opaque pen in white. I also added some glaze pen to the rose in center to bring it out a bit more.
It really looks much better in person. My poor lighting didn't do it justice.
For a full product recipe of this project you can visit my blog at Gwens Busy Little Hands.
