Wednesday Cookies & Milk

It's Wednesday and only eleven days 'til Christmas!  Hope you're enjoying some cookies and milk while preparing for the holiday!  A cookie never hurt anyone and, if you're like me, a cookie always produces a smile!  This Cookies and Milk Cat is part of the Cookies and Milk Cat and Dog Digital Stamps set (see below) and is available here!  Enjoy the rest of your week and be sure and check back regularly in the next few weeks as there are some exciting things in the works at 2 Cute Ink!

Simple Joy

It's Wednesday and another day for some 2 Cute inspiration!  I hope your week is going well so far!  With the holidays coming up so quickly, I decided some of us probably need a few more clean and simple cards.  I don't know about you, but I tend to wait until the last minute to make a card for an upcoming event and simple card ideas are a big help!  I used one of the trees from the Girly Holiday Tree digital stamp set for this card.  I layered two different colored scalloped circles behind the main image circle, added some patterned paper and some ribbon and I was done!  Hope this helps inspire your holiday card making!  More details on this card can be found here.

Have a great day!

Milk & Cookies

Aren't the new winter images adorable?!  I love the Milk and Cookies Cat and Dog!  There really is nothing like a cookie with a big glass of milk!  With the holidays upon us, there are plenty of sweets circulating and I'm remembering again why New Year's resolutions follow after!

Have a Sweet Day!

For today's inspiration, I used Turtle Sundae to create a clean and simple card!  Doesn't ice cream always make things better?!  I added a little sparkle to the sundae using clear Stickles.  Strawberry ice cream was always my favorite as a little girl, so I had to include some pink!  :)  More details can be found here.

Have a very sweet day!

Think Happy Thoughts

Happy Wednesday!  Has it really been a whole week already since I posted here?  Winter is getting closer and closer and this little cutie seemed like a great image to use this week!  I want to learn to knit again this winter!  It's been a very long time since I've held a pair of knitting needles in my hands.  I think just the thought of knitting makes me feel warmer!  :)  This is Cat-Knit, an adorable kitty who probably likes to play with the yarn more than use the knitting needles!  I used the digital stamp, but it is also available as a cling cushion rubber stamp here.  I colored the main image with Copic markers and cut around it using my Nestabilities.  You can find more details on my blog.

Enjoy your day!

On Ice

It's Wednesday again and today I'm sharing a simple birthday card using Happy Birthday Penguin!  I used Copic markers to add a little color to the image and then added fun flock to the top of the ice cube.  I added some simple gemstone flourishes to add a little sparkle.  More specific details can be found on my blog.

Enjoy your day!

Lolli-Hop

It's Wednesday!  I hope you've had a good beginning to your week!  This week, I'm sharing a card made with Lolli-Hop.  Isn't this bunny just the cutest?!  You could color the lollipop any color, but I chose to turn it into one of those fabulous rainbow lollipops that every child begs their parents for at some point in time!  You can find more details on my blog.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Pumpkin Inspiration

Today's card features Baby Pumpkin Apple in all its cuteness!  I think that diaper is just too adorable!  After coloring the image with Copic markers and cutting it out, I used a mixture of decorative paper for this and then added some brads and ribbon.  That toothy grin should brighten anyone's day!  You can find more detailed information about this card on my blog.

Have a fabulous day!

Turkey Tot

With the arrival of autumn, I've been thinking a lot about Thanksgiving!  October is already here and next month brings with it Turkey Day!  I used Baby Turkey to create this simple card.  At first, I was going to make something for a first birthday theme, but as I started creating I started thinking about how I could use this cutie for a Thanksgiving card.  I had the idea that I could put a sentiment inside that said something like, "One day...countless calories!"  "Gobble 'til ya wobble!"

Have a happy day!

What a Hoot!

I created a green card this week.  I couldn't resist playing a bit with polka dots and this cute owl image was so fun to use as the main image!  More details can be found on my blog.

Have a Happy Wednesday!

Out of This World

This week, I chose a boy themed image to use on a card.  This little guy is just too cute peeking out of his rocket ship!  I love that he decided to take his pup with him to the moon!  More details on my blog.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!
